Our house was robbed yesterday. My roommates got home from work to find the door bashed in and their cameras and iPods stolen. We are all safe, and have not lost anything important (like passports). Only electronic goods, some jewellery and our sense of safety are missing. As of today, we have a new alarm system (too little too late), a new door, and a security gate. So no worries, it’s all under control. As Papa said, these things happen in the real (third) world.
No proper posts this week: I’m swamped at work. Everything on earth seems to be due on Monday, and for the first time since I started here I’m thanking God its NOT Friday.
